We are expanding and looking for:
Mise en place for baking. Production of pastry. Prepare desserts.
Bake and assemble cakes.
Store ingredients appropriately.
Wash dishes, where needed.
Maintain equipment, where needed.
Check temperature of fridges.
Advice Front of House on food allergies and intolerances.
Be familiar with ingredients used, and seasonality of ingredients. Ensure sufficient inventory of ingredients and packaging. Maintain cleanliness of work area and kitchen.
Wash kitchen floor.
Clean exhaust hood.
Assist Head Chef with tasks.
Assist colleagues with work.
Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned.

Potential Candidates must:
Have at least 2 years experience in French pastry production. Be positive,
Have a good command of the English language,
Be very self aware,
A self starter,
Be very responsible and reliable,
Take pride in doing good work,
Have high emotional intelligent,
Be observant and pay attention to details,
With good habits of cleanliness and is well-disciplined at work, Always punctual,
Have excellent personal hygiene,
Excellent at learning new methods and following instructions, Work well with colleagues,
Takes pride in making consistent work,
Enjoy developing good habits, and
Keen on learning new skills and tasks.
$2,100 to $3,000, varies with experience and skill set 60 hours a week
