Ensure that all food production meets/exceeds standards. • Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation to assure consistency. • Compile all food orders for the section, ensuring food quality and cost • Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service with timely food preparation and delivery. • Ensure stocks and deliveries are all checked and recorded in line with the brasserie food standards. • Exercise cost control in minimizing wastages and spoilage of food products. • Responsible for stock taking of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment within the section of work. • Ensure that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen’s hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures. • Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times. • Comply to food safety and hygiene regulations. • Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times. You have : • Self-drive with a positive attitude to learn. • Team play in a diverse work environment. • Good work ethic, attention to detail and good communication & interpersonal skills. • Enjoy challenges and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary. $2000 to $2300 / 54 hours a week /6 days a week $10-$12 per hours for part time position, 4/5pm to 9/10 pm Please c$ll 8-178 57-82 Peter ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Service Crew $1800-$2000 • Competitive salary and attractive incentives • Chance to learn different roles and grow professionally • Medical Benefits & Other monthly incentives Responsibilities: • To look after cashier • To prepare salads and topping the meal upon request • To help with basic kitchen preparation when required • To assist in daily operation job, duties, cleanliness and service • To ensure that food and service standards of the outlet are maintained • To multi-task and cover different aspects of outlet customer service • To assist daily in stock take and inventory management Requirements: • At least 2 year experience in F&B sector for senior position. Training will be provided for those has no experience and willing to start at junior. • Should be able to work in a team • Should be ready to learn and multi-task • “Can do” positive attitude Please c$ll 8-178 57-82 Peter Salary: $1800 to $2000 / 54 hours a week /6 days a week Part time available:
$8 - $10 12nn to 4pm or 6pm to 10pm at least 3 days per week and one day in weekend
