QUALIFICATION AND JOB KEY SKILLS :1. Diploma or degree in hotel management or relevant education required.

JOB DUTIES : Assist the Catering Manager with the day-to-day running of the boys dining hall, servery and platewash area in term time and throughout the year. With the Catering Manager and one other Catering Supervisor, organise, lead and motivate a diverse team of 20-30 full-time, part-time and casual staff, ensuring that each member of staff completes their duties in accordance with the service and cleaning duties roster. Monitor staff breaks, start and finish times. Particularly in the summer months, ensure that all staff are adequately hydrated throughout their shifts. Ensure everything is ready for service including personnel, equipment and signage.
SALARY : 2400$ TO 2800$
