URGENTLY REQUIRED CURRY COOK AND CATERING SUPERVISOR FOR INDIAN CUISINE ONLY
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL :1. Candidates must have a minimum DIPLOMA OR DEGREE, 2 years of experience as a either a Curry Cook or a Tandoori Cook and have specialized in East Indian cuisine.
2. Some secondary school required - completion of secondary school is an asset, but not a requirement. 3.Selected candidates must be reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
JOB DUTIES: - Prepare and cook full course meals; - Plan menus;
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance; - Inspect kitchens and food service areas; -
Train staff; - Order supplies and equipment; - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.); - Clean kitchen and work areas; - Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
