Urgently required CURRY COOK AND CATERING SUPERVISOR FOR INDIAN CUISINE ONLY


QUALIFICATION : 1. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a either a Curry Cook or a Tandoori Cook and have specialized in East Indian cuisine.

2.Some secondary school required - completion of secondary school is an asset, DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN SAME STREAM .

3. Selected candidates must be reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.


JOB DUTIES: Prepare and cook full course meals;

- Plan menus; - Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance;

- Inspect kitchens and food service areas; - Train staff;

- Order supplies and equipment; - Maintain inventory and records of food,

supplies and equipment; - Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.);

- Clean kitchen and work areas; - Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
