We are a Family-oriented team looking for reliable, trustworthy, team-oriented Sous Chef to join our team! As we are looking to scale to greater heights, there is great potential for promotion and growing with the company.

Salary range: $2,200 - $2,800

- At least 2 years of kitchen experience
- Eagerness to work with a youthful team as a leader and a team player
- Burning passion for hospitality
- Looking for career progression and expansion with the team
- Positive mindset and attitude with great interpersonal skills to influence and communicate
- Willingness to explore new boundaries to innovate new dishes

Job Scope:
- Provide training to develop/upgrade the skills of kitchen staff with good culinary knowledge
- Ensure cleanliness and food hygiene standard at all times
- Minimise wastage and keep track of food cost
- Oversee culinary operations, inventory and food cost control
