JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for managing and overseeing of restaurants' kitchen operations

- Running and supervision of food preparation and food production

- Ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered

- Ability to train and demonstrate cooking techniques and proper equipment usage

- Ensure that kitchen operations adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards


JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Min. 3 years experience in similar capacity

- Good culinary skills with sound working knowledge in all work stations of the kitchen

- Passion for food and culinary arts

Various locations


Rotating shifts

6 off days/mth
