- Involve in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production.
- Guide and manage kitchen staffs (delegation and training of duties).
- Responsible in ensuring consistency of food presentation and quality.
- Ensure minimum wastage and waiting period for serving.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies as necessary.
- Participate in menu planning and brainstorming.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Experience in contemporary and/or western concept.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and/or skills.
- Those with culinary qualifications would be an added advantage.
- Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
- An open minded leader – ability to lead and learn.
- Possess positive work attitude and able to work in fast pace environment.
