- Plan and deploy staff for daily operations via floor plan [floor, bar, cashier, host and food runner].

- Responsible for safekeeping and banking in of daily sales.
- Handle petty cash submission or other admin duties as required.
- Appointed as outlet trainer, able to conduct OJT for new and existing staff. Work closely with L&D department to reinforce training to meet the company expectation and direction.
- Enforce hygiene regulation and upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
