Job Descriptions:
  • Work with operation team closely to ensure timely inspections on the quality of cleaning as well as safety of the operation as well as the sustainability of the service being provided
  • Decorum Checks on e.g. Name Tag, Shoes, Pants to ensure that workers project a positive image as frontline staff.
  • Inventory Checks on trolley, cleaner closet, etc. to ensure that correct materials and equipment are being used by our cleaners.
  • Cleanliness Checks to Equipment / Trolleys to ensure the cleaning equipment and tools are kept in good condition.
  • Work Processes. To make sure all cleaning staff follow SOPs.
  • Generate inspection reports and other quality related documents
  • Conduct quality assurance audits
  • Identify and coordinate to resolve internal/external quality issues
  • Act as liaison with the client to gauge satisfaction levels and respond to client concerns
  • Assist with evaluating the performance of the cleaners
  • Assist in checking, updating and enforcing quality documentation, standard procedures and quality control
  • Assist to ensure ISO compliance
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Equivalent required
  • At least two years of related work experience preferred.
  • Strong quality mentality with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in cleaning industry a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with ability to work in a fast- paced energetic environment.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to self-manage daily activities
  • Technology Savvy with experience in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, hand held technology, and quality assurance program(s).
