Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and seminars
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support manager



Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in MS Excel/Office/Powerpoints
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Previous experience as a PA will be an added advantage
  • No experience with positive attitude welcome to apply
  • Basic accounting know hows
  • Adaptable and Flexible
  • Min. Diploma in Any Field
