If you stumble upon my ad, you could only be looking for two things! 1) You're interested in general physical training and is simply looking for ways to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your overall quality of life, etc.2) You're interested in taking up Muay Thai and incorporate it into your training arsenal / OR you're simply looking for a more personalized service in your journey to better your muay thai skills, regardless if it is for self-defense, personal wellness or simply acknowledging yourself as a martial arts junkie!Actually, there's number 3. I term it as Hybrid training. (Aka as Cross training, concurrent training)I promote myself as an all-rounded trainer and athlete. Contrary to popular belief, concurrent training is not actually counterproductive at all, just take a look at high level Crossfit athletes!My goal is to help all my clients to attain a balanced and comprehensive fitness profile without overemphasizing on one aspect ( E.g Strength ) and neglecting on another. ( E.g Endurance )Of course, aside from all that, I still do more specialized training if that is what you are looking for.
