I am a 300hrs certified yoga teacher( International Yoga Alliance certified). I teach Ashtanga and Yin yoga. In my teaching, I try to bring about a holistic effect through yoga. In most cases, yoga is simply done these days as a physical workout. Along with alignment, I, however, like to explain in detail how one can connect the mind to the body, the breath with movement in various yoga poses for maximum benefit. I start each session with breathing exercises, an intense workout to build strength and gradually move towards yin positions to work on flexibility, closing with a short calming meditation. I teach at condos, corporate offices, private groups and individuals.
