* Perform all front desk duties including reservations, cashiering, check-in & check-out

* Maintain and update hotel's property management system and documentation accurately and efficiently

* Attend to guests' queries and requests promptly, politely and efficiently

* Assist the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operations of the Front Desk & Housekeeping

* Provide high level of customer service to guests' enquiries / feedback and to promote and maintain good guest relations for an overall pleasant and stay-in experience


* Relevant working experience in the Front Office / customer service

* Knowledge in Hotel CRM system is an advantage

* Possess pleasant personality, proactive and service oriented

* Fluent in English and possess good communication skills

* Able to work on rotating shirts, weekends and public holidays
