TEMPORARY CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Membership Dept)


The Job:


• Input enquiry details into the Club Management System(CMS) to maintain updated prospective member records on a daily basis

• Handle enquiries by members via phone calls and emails on a daily basis

• Update members’ account services requests into CMS to maintain updated membership records on a daily basis

• Update members’ payment record into CMS to reflect updated payment records on a daily basis

• Call prospective to close sales on a monthly basis

• Remind expiring members to renew membership on a monthly basis

• Replenishment of forms and brochures on a monthly basis


Requirements:


• Service and people-oriented with an interest to work in Country Club environment and a good team player.

• Must be prepared to work on Saturdays and/Public holidays

• Temporary assignment from July to November 2019

• Overtime pay for working on Sat / Public Holiday (PH)

• Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station


Work-week 5-day (Alternate Sat and selected PH)

Working Hours 8:15 am to 5:30 pm (Mon to Fri)

10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Sat / PH)

Annual leave & Sick Leave Pro-rated accordingly
