Job Description
  • Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge. Maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Works with Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef in planning menus, daily specials and food promotions.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly
  • Organize kitchen space, working stations and storeroom in the most efficient and professional way putting up basic hygiene and cleaning systems setting up all kitchens for success.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety handling policies procedures.
  • Perform duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned by the Head Chef.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC in Asian Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience as Cook.
  • Valid Basic Food and Hygiene certification
  • Strong interest and passion in culinary.
  • Able to perform shifts work.
  • 6 days
