We are seeking for Butlers to help us provide professional, top-of-the-line housekeeping and customer service to our clients.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service.
To identify and anticipate Guests’ needs and ensure personalised service is provided
To coordinate with all concerned departments in order to ensure that all requests from clients are made possible and are followed up on
To fully understand and have knowledge of all products, equipment and services offered by the company
Ensure clients are met and greeted on a daily basis and profiles are updated
Ensure VIP clients are taken care of exclusively, paying particular attention to their needs and requests
Respect client privacy and do not discuss clients'private information with colleagues
Serves the Clients in a calm, discrete and courteous manner, respecting timing standards
Ensure all unattended valuables and belongings inside clients' property are noted and Supervisor is informed about the same
Provide housekeeping service to clients by ensuring property is tidied up during service
Provide prompt property management and concierge service, ensuring special preferences of clients are met
Demonstrate discretion and courtesy when entering into the private space of clients
To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Performs all duties with the sense of priority and dedication.
Hosts and welcome all clients in a gracious and polite manner, and to have the ability to hold a conversation with the client in a natural and spontaneous manner.
Other duties as assigned
Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality or any relevant field
At least 3 years experience in housekeeping/ as a butler
Fluent in English and one other language
Able to cope in high pressure situations
WSQ certifications are a plus
