Duties • Manage full spectrum of HR Operations and administrative functions for APAC region. • Work with Global HR Director to implement and execute HR Strategic functions and Initiatives for the APAC region. • Work with APAC management and appointed leadership team on annual company and regional goals, ensuring set department KPIs are achieved. • Provide weekly report all HR activities status quo on (Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, HRIS, HR Metrics) • Propose, create, develop, plan, lead, execute and maintain HR policies and processes for APAC region to tie in with Global HR direction. • Provide HR Metrics quarterly, analyse findings and convert into actionable items for the management team and HR. • Manage the company recruitment process with our internal hiring managers and with the help of recruiters, to ensure quality hiring of candidates within the agreed timescales.
• Manage, coordinate and track deliverables for full onboarding and offboarding processes. • Review Compensation and Benefits annually and ensure it is accurately administered and in compliance in operating countries. • Support and advise line managers through employee relations and disciplinary procedures in line with local employment laws for Singapore, China, and India. • Ensure that payroll transactions are being submitted for approvals and on time. • Ensure HRIS is up to date for all employee records, assets, leaves, performance etc. • Ensure that all employee trainings records are to be properly documented. • Create, review, implement and update company policies and procedures and ensure compliance for APAC region (E.g, Annual handbooks, expenses, claims, benefits etc) • Coordinate and work closely with related stakeholders for all Health & Safety related administration. • Address to day-to-day questions and issues with all internal stakeholders • Lead, administer and coordinate Employee culture and Engagement activities. • Lead, administer and support IT and global office coordinators for all office maintenance and asset management in APAC. • Assist finance to provide HR cost information not limited to training, recruitment, compensation and benefits, office maintenance, budgeted headcount etc. • All other administrative duties as assigned. • Be responsible for health and safety of self and others
