Responsibilities:

  • Managing President personal matters
  • Claim (expenses, insurance, bills,medical)
  • Travel arrangement (visa, hotel, air ticket)
  • General administration role - managing and purchasing office supplies, pantry and related matter, including answer and screen inbound phone calls and mails, and managing functional running of office premises and facilities (liaise with building management)
  • Handle and managing contracts (office equipment, expatriate’s housing, car rental and etc)
  • Liaise with corporate secretary for employment pass, financial closing and other relevant issues
  • HR administration such as hiring, payroll, CPF, leave record, income tax (IR8A), etc.
  • Handle and managing accounts administration such filing of expenses and liaise with accounting firm
Requirements:
  • Min Diploma/Degree holder
  • At least 3-4 years of similar experience (HR Admin)
  • Good communication skill
