  • Assist the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR and administrative functions including filing of paperwork and documentation, answering calls.
  • Handle On-boarding and Off-boarding process including recruitment
  • Process online application, renewal, cancellation of work passes on MOM portals.
  • Input data entry to update time keeping and leave records in iSRP (resource planning portal) and Vibrant (HR management system)
  • Liaise and communicate with stakeholders to provide relevant information for data entry purpose
  • Coordinate training & development activities. Ensure smooth running of the programme
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of information in all HRIS systems and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave system, employment contracts etc
  • Assist on other HR projects as and when required


  • At least Higher Nitec or O Levels
  • Preferable with 1 year of experience in HR administrative work
  • Demonstrate ability to work as a team
  • Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Detailed and efficient
  • Computer literate - proficient in Microsoft office applications
