We are looking to expand our team due to excessive demand and bring onboard a Recruitment Researcher to assist Consultants with mid to senior level positions within Asia Pacific.
The Job Scope:
Assist Consultants with effective and timely assignment delivery.
Undertake executive research, and candidate management activities, and keep candidate and client information updated.
Understand different businesses and models to get an overall idea of different markets and industries
Identify industry movements, expansion trends, new technology and solutions trends to stay abreast with market movements and updates
Conduct research to identify suitable candidates for clients including targeted market mapping, talent pooling, database searching, as well as networking and headhunting
Learn and understand market movements to aim to become an industry expert with the guidance of consultants.
Formulate recruitment and sourcing strategies as best practices
Develop processes for research and active candidate identification process
Spearhead candidate outreach and be in a direct people facing role.
Build relationships with candidates and keep track of their career goals and progress
Approach suitable candidates and screen against agreed competencies and criteria for each project.
Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company’s database
Maintain database and other ad-hoc assignments
Keen skillset will be resourcefulness and creativity
Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail
High energy levels and ability to keep up in a growing and fast paced environment.
Curious personality who likes to connect the dots to find a bigger picture
Goal oriented and persistent.
Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related disciplines and course of study would be preferred.
0-3 years of relevant work experience. Graduates are also welcome.
Technology specialization is a bonus
Candidates with CEI certification preferred
