HR Executive [Japanese Speaking! Up to $2.8K)

Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of HR admin works
• Managing monthly payroll
• Conduct orientation and responsible for on-boarding procedures for oversea expatriates
• Responsible for the application and renewal of work passes
• Responsible for the filing of yearly Income Tax (IR8E, IR21)
• Update of company rule and employee performance to management

Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Human Resource with 1-2 years ‘of experience in assisting company on expatriates’ staff
• Team player with an ability to proactively collaborate
• Proficient and able to communicate in Japanese language to liaise with company boss requirement
Min. Degree

*Able to speak Mandarin will be preferred as need to speak to Chinese Clients
