  • WORKING IN MNC Company
  • FULL TIME
  • LOCATION AT Great world city (Red Hill)
  • $2500 / MONTH

Reception duties

Ÿ Attend to walk-in visitors and maintain guest log book

Ÿ Manage and issue visitor passes

Ÿ Attend to incoming calls on mainline and take down messages

Ÿ Maintain the tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms

Ÿ Mailroom duties which includes courier arrangements and mailing of letters

General admin support

Ÿ Initiate workflow for special deliveries in Nintex

Ÿ Create purchase requisitions and perform good receipts in SAP

Ÿ Sorting and scanning of cheques and invoices

Ÿ Arrangement of caterings for internal meetings

Office admin support

Ÿ Monitor main mailbox, voice mailbox, fax folder and taking appropriate action

Ÿ Monitor office and pantry inventory, and liaise with vendors to place orders

Ÿ Coordinate with building management on repairs and card application

Ÿ Coordinate and supervise contractors on scheduled maintenance service or adhoc repair works

Ÿ Any adhoc duties as assigned by the Office Administration Manager
