Reports to Senior Business HR Manager on day-to-day HR matters such as salary payment, employee data and leave admin etc
• Manages HR outsourcing partnerships with HR Shared Services and be the main point of contact relating to payroll, leave administration, employee data administration.
• Communicates and advise employees on HR guidelines and policies
• Supports the C&B team on various audit projects
• Acts as a main point of contact with DHL benefits vendors including Insurance and Flex Benefits vendors on claims submission and resolve issues that are being escalated to Business HR
• Liaises with government ministries on completion of surveys, clarification of legislation, guidelines, procedures etc
• Assist to monitor and track the compliance of policies on all international assignments related matters for eg. Expenses submitted for reimbursements
• Assists yearly expatriate insurance renewal and payment
• Undertakes any HR projects as assigned from time to time


Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
• Preferably 2 years or more relevant HR experience
• Team-player, proactive and possess a positive work attitude
• Demonstrate good spoken and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and IT Savvy
