VACANCY - HR ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Human Resource Assistants with a year of experience. Work natures are administrative which involves documenting grievances, terminations, absences, reports, compensation and benefits information. Beyond administrative duties, he/ she is also involved in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

Responsibilities

Ensure regular updating of employees’ records and maintaining the databases/ systems

Compiling and preparing reports (Eg. Manpower planning, Employees details, Appraisal)

Systematic filling for all documents and records (Eg. Creation of p-files, Leave forms, Conversion/ transfer form)

Assist in payroll computation (Eg. Paid/ unpaid leave update, Salary increment, Bonus)

Prepare contracts, confirmation, increment and other HR related letters/ memos

Participating in recruitment efforts (Eg. Post job advertisement, Vet resumes, Arrange and conduct interviews)

Handel the on-boarding and off-boarding of all employee(s)

Register for WSQ courses and apply for training grants

Assist in work pass application, renewal or cancellation

Order, receive and issue company’s property (Eg. Uniforms, Nametags and Name cards)

Requirements

Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent

Eye of details, can work independently with minimal supervision

Able to prioritize and plan work activities effective and efficiently

Able to work in a fast moving pace environment

Willing to learn and take on new tasks/ role within the department

Experience in Whyze has added advantage
