Job Description and Responsibilities

Primary Function

· Assist in Job Posting on various job portals and advertisements

· Input CVs into CV depository for evaluation

· Collation and Preparation of CVs for submission to clients

· Assist to arrange interviews with potential candidates via skype, phone, face to face

· Assist to liaison with vendors / partners and candidates for selection interviews

· Gathering of complete set of documents required for IPA / Work Pass applications

· Receive walk ins and collation of documents

· Administrative updates of LIVE Database

· Administrative coordination / updates on Shared Folder for Recruitment Operations

· Coordination with vendors for invoices (verification & Submission)

· Assist with Market Research, Industry and Talent Mapping.

· Assist in recruitment drives if required


· Diploma of any discipline or HR related

· Good communication skills, positive mind-set, self-motivated and target driven candidates preferred

· Able to speak Mandarin as the incumbent is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking candidates

· People oriented

· Meticulous and detailed oriented

· Able to adhere to our organisation’s standard practices and work ethics
