HR Executive [L&D / Degree / Talent Management] - $2.8K to $3.5K



Responsibilities:

• Involve in the planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating and sourcing of training programs, service initiatives/service campaigns and ad-hoc service projects.

• Liaise with Department Heads on development needs

• Formulate total learning development plan based on overall development needs identified

• Ensure effective local implementation of global learning programs and initiatives

• Lead and manage role and capability-based cross functional curricula and training plans for site associates across all capability areas

• Ensure regulatory compliance expectations are met at all times

• Lead and guide the on-boarding of new hires, ensuring fast and effective integration

Requirements:


• Min 1 to 3 years’ experience in Human Resources / L&D Specialist

• Diploma/Degree or any professional qualification in HR

• Experience in development of comprehensive training plans

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player, able to work independently as well


*Able to speak Mandarin will be preferred as to need to speak to Chinese Clients
