HR Adminstrator (Permanent- Queenstown)

The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for assisting the HR Department in administration of Work Pass issues and onboarding matters.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process SAT tests, Work Pass applications, LOC and other related pass matters
  • Phone screening of candidates and arranging of interviews when required
  • Preparation of LOAs, work pass required documentation and arrangement of contract signing
  • Updating of daily shared drives and worksheets
  • Conduct interviews for floor staff when required
  • All other adhoc HR Projects and Administrative duties assigned

Requirements
  • Min Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Well-versed in the Employment Act
  • Preferably 1-2 years solid experience in handling HR Administration, especially in Work Pass processing
  • Multi-tasker with a keen eye for details
  • Well-organised and able to adapt into a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates on short or immediate notice preferred
