Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and selection process, posting of advertisements online, shortlisting and arranging of interviews
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
  • Good knowledge of financial/wealth/risk management to provide advice to candidates, and making sure expectation are aligned
  • Sourcing and working with external platform to increase recruitment target
  • Handling of all administrative and ad hoc duties given by manager

Requirements
  • Applicants must posses at least GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma and above in any field or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent inter-personal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and result-oriented
  • Some working experience is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience or students currently pursuing Degree are welcome to apply
