Basic Information :
- Working Place : Changi Business Park/ CBD area
- Basic UP $2500
- Working Hours: 5 days, office hour
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to support desk
- Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support to users
- Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users
- Conduct training for users on the use of the applications
- Perform regular maintenance checks on the applications
