• Available to start work immediately and fully commit
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• NITEC/Diploma in any disciplines, preferably in Engineering
• Good knowledge of telecommunication services and transmission technology (GPON, L2/L3 VPN, IPTV, Broadband, Digital Voice etc).
• Only Singaporeans
Job scope :
• Perform operational duties, in the Network Operation Centre to support Technical Helpdesk, network monitoring and service provision activities related to NGNBN network elements and services.
• Must be prepared to work on staggered hours from 10/11am to 7/8pm, at least 5 days a week, including Saturday
• Logging of all calls into Ticketing System for tracking and reporting
• Gather accurate problem information regards to incidents in NGNBN network
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting through the phone for all customers
• Schedule field engineers and customer appointments for fault restorations
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for fault resolution
