v As a support executive, the individual will ensure that quality support is rendered to our Customers through phone support, remote support and onsite support.
v The general support coverage will be for the Front-end POS system.
Ø Provides Software support for our Front-end Point-Of-Sales System.
Ø Provides Hardware repair services and support for our existing POS hardware.
Ø Staging, commission, and decommission of Front-end POS system for POS rental, new store deployment, relocation, etc.
Ø Provide Training for Front-end POS system to Customers.
Ø Perform Level 1 Helpdesk troubleshooting, Level 2 remote troubleshooting, and Level 2 Onsite troubleshooting activities on Front-end POS system for existing Customers.
Ø Standby support for our Customers on off-office hours, weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
Ø Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Ø Able to communicate in Chinese (to liaise with clients and associates)
Ø Having experience in POS will be a plus
Ø Singaporean / PR are preferred
