  • Provides hospitable services to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guests’ requests and enquiries
  • Dedicated to anticipate and meet the needs of residents & guests
  • Attend to the guests' feedback and/or complaints after office hours
  • Provide guests with information and directions to places of interest in Singapore
  • Collaborate with the Security team, ensuring that safety precautions are observed
  • Conduct inventory check with guests for check-in and check-out
  • Assist with guest lugage/bags as and when service is required by guests
  • Booking of cabs on guests' behalf
  • Get appropriate advice/assistance from the respective departments eg. Maintenance, Housekeeping and Sales if situations called for
  • Programming of keycard for guests as and when required after clearance with the Manager
  • Collection of payment and issuance of official receipts for payments collected
  • Handle simple (maintenance and housekeeping) tasks as and when required by the guests, eg. change of light bulbs, batteries replacement, change of towels etc
  • Handling of mails between Management Office and guests
  • Ensure smooth operation in the daily Concierge functions
  • Other jobs as assigned by the Management


  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
