The incumbent will be responsible for driving new and existing sales by acquiring new accounts and building existing accounts. He/she will report directly to the Business Director.

In addition, he/she will also be responsible for the following:

  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business;
  • Building existing accounts;
  • Identifying growth industries and driving sales in those areas;
  • Reviewing personal sales performance, and aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; and
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations and proposals.


  • Experience in a contact centre or integrated marketing services with a good network of business contacts will be an advantage;
  • At least a Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies is preferred;
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a sales position is required;
  • Has a proven track record in new business development and exceeding sales target;
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with drive and focus on achieving targets;
  • Strong team-player and able to work independently in a dynamic environment, and work under pressure; and
  • Excellent communication skills and must be comfortable with corporate presentations to people of all levels.
