Operators needed $2,300
Salary ( Basic ): $2,200 to $2,300
Estimated OT per month: $2,000 to $3,000 extra on top of Basic salary.
Location: Science Park
Working Days: Work 3 days rest 3 days, then work 4 days rest 4 days
Public holiday : OT X2
Working Hours: 8am to 8pm OR 8 pm to 8am
Day shift one whole month followed by Night shift one whole month.
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute beginning of shift checks as well as pass down information to next shift
Perform production runs as according to MES (our wafer tracking system) and / or product runsheets and work instructions.
Do SPC & update SQC for machines.
Perform daily autonomous maintenance on machines
Maintain good housekeeping in the production work areas.
Train and Guide new operators/ manufacturing specialist :
On operating the process and run the production lots in the process.
On Production protocol and expectation.
Work with Assistance engineer / Process engineer to update process procedure.
Help process engineer to run engineering lot after getting approval from manufacturing engineer.
Trained and become an expert in lithography process. This person will be the pillar in manufacturing to guide the operators in lithography process.
Any other ad-hoc duties given by the Manufacturing engineers.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year working experience in Semiconductors manufacturing industry preferred.
MS Office literate.
Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
