FRP Kick Plates, also called FRP toe plate, are manufactured through a pultrusion process and have the characteristics of safety and corrosion resistance. FRP kick plates should be added on protective railings on working platforms or channels which may use tools and equipment items or may have dangerous devices such as pickling, plating or degreasing.

Production process of FRP kick plates
FRP Pultrusion production is a continuous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. And a continuous reinforcing fibre is an important part of the process and the finished product. Reinforcing fibers may be roving, continuous mat,woven robing,carbon or others. The basic operation consists of pulling a reinforcement through a resin impregnation bath or other facility, and then through a die to produce the finished profiles.
