Prime duties of Account cum Admin Executive:
· Following work will be the responsibility of the individual in consultation with Management.
· Office and general Admin work
· Employees attendance record
· Employees leave record
· Employees payroll
· Accounting like PC, PV etc.
· Submission of CPF , other contribution, etc.
· Accounting of petty cash
· Able to make full & final, prepare and submit IR21 forms.
· Time payment of bills
· Maintain Office consumables like stationery, toiletries etc.
· Any other accounting work related to GST etc.
· IT hardware and software, office inventory record
· Office inventory record
· General HR matters
· Know of Government portals, able to apply online passes / permits.
· Any other work assign time to time.
· Job postings on Portals LinkedIn, company Facebook account, twitter, Job connect, Jobs bank
· Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma.
· At least 1-2 years of hands on experience on office account cum admin work.
· Excellent communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to work as team member and have positive attitude towards work.
· Individual should be able to work independently.
· Candidate should be result oriented
· Singaporean will be preferred.
