Reception and patient coordinator responsibilitiesProvide quality reception and check-in service to patients (E.g. registration, walk-in enquiries etc.). Attend to clinic phone calls, emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Organise patient appointments, reminders and after-care follow up. Perform check-out procedures (E.g. payment collection, medicine dispensing, etc.). General Admin duties (E.g. Organise patient records, claims and submissions, track and order clinical supplies, lab tracking). Maintain the general cleanliness and neatness of the clinic. Requires knowledge of Dentistry medicine and tools.
Assisting responsibilitiesAssist our dentists efficiently in all dental treatment. Ensure the comfort of patients throughout treatment. Clean, sterilise and prepare dental instruments and equipment as required. Maintain high standards of infection control during clinical procedures and sterilisation processes.
RequirementsFriendly personality and positive working attitude - willing to learn. Service-oriented and able to work well in a team. Meticulous and organised, able to prioritise and act accordingly. Good work ethic and adheres to clinic policies. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Similar dental work experience or customer service background would be advantageous. Full time. 5.5 days’ work week. Training will be provided. Additional allowances and bonus
