Job Description:
- Attend to telephone calls, direct to relevant departments and taking down of messages if needed
- To attend to walk-in visitors ( issue visitor pass, ascertain purpose of visit and inform relevant staff)
- Management of courier transactions (Outgoing and incoming courier pickups)
- Taking meeting minutes
- Manage office facilities booking
- Office facilities management
- Any other ad-hoc requests from office manager

Requirements:
- Prior experience as administrative assistant and receptionist is preferred
- Minimum O/N Level
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills

Commitment Expectations:
- Students welcome
- Must be able to commit for at least 3 months, 2-3 full days per week
