Job Description :
This role requires you to work closely with the Sales Management team. You will also be communicating with the Global Ops team to facilitate business processes. If you think you thrive in a fast paced environment and ensuring processes are in place, apply now and come be part of something great!

You will be assisting the Regional Directors directly to compile sales and revenue data in the following areas:
  • Sales target management: Track annual revenue targets and facilitate the team to achieve those goals. Monitor sales personnel in terms of sales target completion status on a quarterly basis.
  • Forecast management: Prepare orders and revenues forecast reports, track team performance management and give warnings on a monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual basis, and backtrack the forecast deviation.
  • Sales process management: Facilitate the Sales team to comply with internal business processes
  • Set up regular meetings for sales team, prepare materials for the meetings, escalate help-seeking requests to HQ
  • Performs other duties as required
Job Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years relevant sales operations experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and positive attitude, willing to learn
  • Excellent team player
  • High proficiency in Mandarin desired due to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
