Responsible for the operations of Sodexo’s business sites in Singapore
Focus on account development, quality assurance and the development of strong management capability
Responsible for attracting, retaining and developing Site leaders in both food services and facilities management platforms.
Ensure Sodexo operational standards are implemented and maintained in all sites
Comply with all statutory and Company obligations with regard to HSE, food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards. Achieve zero proven food borne illnesses or unfit food incidents and workplace accidents
Manage the development of menus in compliance with the client’s dietary and nutritional requirements and follow sound menu planning principles.
Implement a merchandise program for signage, ticketing and promotional offers that is consistent with the Sodexo brand/image
Ensure the delivery of high quality services and guarantee safe and environmentally friendly product and services for clients and customers
Implement offers within operations, which are aimed at increasing sales, developing retail expertise and targeted/relevant to the segment
Manage relationships with clients and ensure 100% retention. Implement and follow the Group’s ‘Client For Life’ program
Provide quarterly operational reports
Contribute to the development and implementation of client & customer centered offers through the promotion and systematic approach to innovation
Diploma or Degree with a minimum 5 - 10 years relevant hands-on operational experience within Corporate Services Sector having managed service and worked within the Food & Beverage is an advantage
Experience and knowledge of the facilities management and property sector is an advantage
Previous experience in managing multi sites and multi locations activities.
A strong leader with diplomacy and maturity
Demonstrable ability to implement change and courage to challenge the status quo (both internally and externally)
Exposure to management of partner relations
Highly developed communications, marketing and public relations skills
Strong analytical skills - including the ability to create the most compelling and competitive offers that work for both parties.
