Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyse Business Processes
Assist Operations Director in bid management processes (including but not limited to the following):
► Analyse Supplier Proposal and provide insights on workability
► Provide necessary inputs for Effective decision on Pricing
► Develop knowledge of the key product lines, market trends and pricing patterns to make focused offers to customers on a daily basis
► Assists the Operations Director and other counterparts across APAC regions, with other business development activities associated with cross-border or large country business opportunities.
► Gather, analyse and formalise client’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation, manage scope of project and delivering feasible solutions.
► Analyse business requirements / business implications involved and translate results into effective presentations and recommendations for the client
► Develops and/or oversees the preparation of sales presentation materials; and participates in sales presentations with decision-makers
► Support the development of business cases defining potential benefits, solutions to increase efficiencies of business processes and associated risks

Procurement Processes & Procedures
► Ensure effective procurement and maintenance of supplies and services, review & negotiate contracts & licences with vendors/suppliers where necessary
► Overseeing and reviewing the procurement process
► Create, prepare and update all office administration SOP & work procedure, if any

Compliance
Support compliance-related scope and projects (including but not limited to the following):
► Support corporate compliance requirements within APAC, HSE, Information and Physical Security in accordance to BizSAFE, MAS, ISO, etc
► Monitor to ensure compliance of Singapore and Hong Kong laws and regulations
► Develop, implement and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company’s policies, procedures and guidelines
► Ensures compliance to fire safety regulations
► Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans
► Ensure Risk Assessments are up-to-date and reviewed timely
► Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures

Candidate Requirements
► Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
► Excellent interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills
► Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
► Able to handle high volume and work on tight timelines independently
► Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
► Ability to communicate with stakeholders of different levels
► Responsible and Meticulous
► Subject matter expert in BPO knowledge will have an added-advantage
► bizSAFE Level 4 certification will be an added-advantage
