BASIC INFORMATION

Job Title: Administrative / Retail Assistant

Salary: $1700/mth

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Location: Woodlands/Admiralty (Near Admiralty MRT)

Work term: Permanent Full-time


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Book deliveries with logistics partners for website orders

• Package small parcels for shipping

• Keep track of deliveries

• Answer customer queries and upsell logistics, products

• Quarterly stocktakes

• Misc duties on occasion


REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum A/O Levels

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Basic computer skills (Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)

• Singapore Citizen or PR



GOOD TO HAVE

• Young, enthusiastic

• Don’t require constant supervision; thrive in a casual environment
