Catering/Events Planning
  • Conduct site inspection as required
  • Oversee events planning and coordinate corporate bookings.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed BEO’s for each event
  • Concisely articulate the distinct concepts, collaborate with the Restaurant Managers and Operations Team to manage start to end of the events
  • Work closely with Executive Chef and other outlets to facilitate services agreed upon, and ensure overall success of the event(s)
Business Development
  • Solicit for business and follow up on potential sales leads
  • Actively and consistently generate sales revenue via corporate and private events
  • Timely follow up all guest enquiries and convert to sales
  • Able to commit to flexible working hours based on sales needs


  • Contract preparation, event orders, proposals and service agreements
  • Handle feedback and resolve complaints
  • Complete after-event evaluations and cost sheets to improve quality and efficiency of banquet functions
  • Ensure appropriate charges are billed correctly to each event and forwarded to the accounting department for billing
  • Track invoices for payment
  • Produces weekly sales plan and reports
  • Participate in scheduled staff and management meetings
