SPOILMARKET Pte Ltd.
We are looking to hire retail sales assistants (Full -time & Part-time) at our retail outlet at 664 North Bridge Rd!

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand company’s product knowledge
- Maintain store organisational and housekeeping standards
o Manage inventory and replenishment of stocks
o Ensure cleanliness by executing daily housekeeping duties
- Assist in organising the merchandise display in the store (Visual Merchandising)
- Adhere to operational policies of retail outlets with excellence and integrity
o Ensure that payments are processed correctly
o Monitor the cash float
o Understand the store’s opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
o Proactively approach customers to promote and recommend suitable products
o Responsible to follow up with customers’ needs, request and reservation

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in the role preferred.
- Retail experience is not a must if you’ve got the right attitude!

- Basic understanding of customer service practices
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues

- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
- Service-oriented, enthusiastic, proactive and a good team player
- Fast learner and able to adapt to a fast pace environment

- Able to commit for 3 months or longer
- Must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays
- Willing to work on shift schedule based on retail hours (11am – 9pm)

Salary:
-Full time: 1.5k -1.8k commission
- Part Time: $8 per hour
