Your New Role
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
What Will You Do
- Responsible for sales order processing.
- Handle customers' enquiries, complaints and gather feedbacks / comments on our products / services and direct to relevant person in charge.
- Update monthly sales value by customers & sales volume by products
- Handle indoor sales i.e. order taking over the phone, walk-in customers and quotes prices as per discussed and agreed by S&M Manager.
- Keep track of sales level as specified products as assigned
- Handle export enquiries and prepare quotations as per agreed with S&M Manager.
- Performs sales related administrative and record keeping tasks.
What Do We Want
- Possess at least Secondary education
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Independent, outgoing and self-motivated
