- Achieve a weekly / monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales meetings and new accounts.
- Achieve an annual set of Revenue Targets.
- Maintain responsibility of selected key accounts.
- Be proactive with locating new business through the appropriate media/channels
- Negotiate effectively to achieve an overall high ADR.
- Proactively drive revenue and secure business.
- Ensure efficient administration of the department is taking place to support all sales activities.
- Optimize room utilization by assessing the demand and supply for accommodation.
- Manage special projects under the direction of Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Cross sell F&B and Meetings/sisters properties for leads
- Degree in Business or Hospitality or the equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar capacity of hotel or serviced apartments provider
