Job Descriptions:

  • Communicate details on company’s promotions and incentives to all staffs.
  • Calculate staff's monthly incentives.
  • Issue Stock Transfer Issue (STI) for inter-shop transfers, stocks and returns from shops.
  • Receive Stick Transfer Request (STR) for stocks transfers.
  • Update price listings in Point-of-Sales system.
  • Coordinate shop’s stock takes and cycle counts.
  • Prepare price cards and service centre address.
  • Liaise with suppliers for each store operations.
  • Responsible for monthly sales reports.
  • Provide assistance for major events.
  • Coordinate delivery and transport for show fixtures.
  • Carry out physical and system count for inventory discrepancies & balancing of stocks with suppliers.
  • Compile and consolidate all expenses.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ prior work experience in related field.
  • Applicants with retail experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive individual.
  • Ability to multi-task and with an eye for details.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible and well-organised.
  • Able to commit their time whenever necessary (for major events, etc).
