Empowering position as Admin Exec cum Personal Assistant waiting to be filled!

Independent, efficient and motivated young person needed for office position. Responsibilities include, keeping records, data-entry, making appointments with clients/prospects and managing the director's calendar. Candidate must be able to use the computer and be confident on the phone. Sunny and friendly disposition would be a plus.

Location: Alexandra Rd (near Ikea and Queensway Shopping Centre)
Frequency: starting twice a week (to increase if you want to work more often)
Timing: morning to evening, 6-7 hours (flexible, negotiable)
Ideal Candidate: students, undergrads looking for part-time position. Able to commit more than 6 months.
Remuneration: attractive income plus bonuses and incentives
