Contract Assignment Period:

6 months contract


Working Location:

Novena


Working Hours: (5 working days per week)

Any 4 weekdays & 1 weekend per week

- 9am to 6pm

- 10am to 7pm

- 10.30am to 7.30pm

- 12pm to 10pm

- 8am to 5pm


(Manager will allocate the working days and hours for the week)


Salary:

$1700 basic


Requirements:

Minimum o levels

Strong customer service and communication skills

PC literate, able to use Microsoft Officer

Require some customer service / concierge experience (Those who can handle problems)


Job Scope:

- Deliver a professional and high quality service experience in a client-fronting role

- Able to address enquiries at Front Desk & attending to clients

- Must learn and have strong knowledge of company details to provide recommendations to clients

- Building strong working relationship with co-workers and other departments to ensure client issues are managed appropriately

- Manage complains and conduct orientation for new students

- Ad hoc duties assigned
